As summer marches along, the xref staff continues to bring you the information you rely on. Our July 2019 update was released at the beginning of the month and we heard from a few of our customers as we often do when the program expires and is needing to be updated. As a reminder, there are two mandatory updates each year that need to be installed to keep XREF Encyclopedia up and running. They fall on January 10th and July 10th, at which time the program will stop working unless the update is installed. We also release two mid-term updates on April 1st and October 1st we recommend doing these updates as well since we are constantly adding new data. To those of you who found your XREF programs not working, we apologize for the inconvenience, however it is the best way for us to push out updates to the software and the data so that you can get the most out of XREF Encyclopedia. As Thomas in Union City, Georgia said when he called in: “it’s hard to go through a day without it”, which by no coincidence was almost word for word what a Sioux Falls customer had to say on that very same day. Don’t wait to update! If you haven’t already, call us and we’ll have you up and running again in a matter of minutes. The XREF Encyclopedia W719XH HVAC and appliance version updates includes data updates for the following brands: Admiral, Alco, Bradford, Bristol, Brown Stove Works, Bunn, Carrier, Danfoss, Emerson, Fasco, Friedrich, GE, ICP, Lennox, Repco Inc., Reznor, Robertshaw, Sporlan, UPG, Weil-McLain, Wesco.
