Unlike other providers of similar services, our exclusive business is computer software development. While other companies have a few billion dollars behind their operation, we depend solely on renewal fees. Other companies are making their “REAL” income on selling parts and equipment, not on computer software.
While our competitors are providing their customers “cross references” to their part numbers only, we provide an unbiased source of information for the entire HVAC/R and Appliance industries. We have absolutely NO FINANCIAL INTEREST in selling and/or promoting anyone’s products. Our only goal is to state factual information about compatibility between various parts/equipment.
While our competitors send out updates on a “ONCE IN A WHILE” basis, our updates are scheduled in advance: everyone knows when the next update is coming out (January 1st and July 1st of each calendar year). We have never missed an update!!!
While other companies charge individually for their information, our product is merchandised in a “ONE PACK” deal.
While other companies charge additional fees for major enhancements of their database, XREF™ subscribers get all the added information and technical support at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
